This production line adopt specifically designed conical two screw extruder, mainly used in produce building templates, wide door panel, cabinet board, indoor and outdoor decorative material. Chose different specification conical twin screw extruder equipped with relevant vacuum calibration table, tractor, cutter and discharge shelf auxiliary machines. Equipped with large forced cooling facility ensure the forming effective of door panel. Main engine extrusion can up to 600 kg per hours to 1250kg per hours.
Adopt import governor with wide range of speed control, accurate temperature control, easy operation and reliable features.
Aterpillar tractor use precise reducing motor and frequency converter with rational constructional, large traction and stable traction features. Cutter with work accurate, high precision of cut features. Auxiliary machines use programmable computer control or domestic brand control system.
