The sheet extrusion line is equipped vertical three-roller calender, with high performance vented extruder, die, screen change system, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc.
This kind of line is to produce PE/PP/PS/HIPS/ABS/PVC single-layer and multi-layer sheet with thickness of 0.1mm to 30mm and width of upto 3000mm.
PE/PP foamed board product has such features as heat-proof high strength, good heat separation, fine elasticity, good rot resistance, non-toxic, recycle, etc.
Applications: Such as packing, heat separation material and carriage, etc.
Production scope: Thickness 2-20mm, width 600~2100mm
It has such features as healthy, flame retardant, isolation, waterproof, wetproof, shock reduce, buffering, temperature keeping, heat separating, aging resistance, rot resistance, light, easy to thermoform, etc.
