Single layer & multi-layer sheet co-extrusion line Adopts different screw structure, mould design and down-stream equipments for different production requirements. Can be applicable for the manufacturing of ABS, PMMA, HIPS, PS sheet,PC, PP, PE The maximum width is 2,500mm, thickness is ranging from 1mm-12mm. It is widely used for inner case of refrigerator, the case of bathtub, bathroom and household electric appliance and etc. According to different material , thickness,there are different calander roll stack system avaible. 45 DEGREE style, virtical style, horeizon style or some special design. 1. For die head ,adopt advanced electric or hyduaulic exchanging device for filtering net, sothe operation was simplified This series extruder is composed of 6parts,extruder part ,filter part,die-head part,three rollers part,and traction part, rewinding part
